1. Cancellation: Cancellation of booked slots for tournaments and practice sessions before the event date is impossible. We recommend careful consideration before finalizing your booking.

2. Rescheduling: For your convenience, we do accommodate requests for rescheduling. However, this is subject to availability. We will do our best to allocate an alternate slot based on the availability of our facilities.

3. Rescheduling Timeframe: Please be aware that no rescheduling is allowed for slots past the current server date and time. We encourage you to plan and manage your bookings within the permitted timeframe.
